Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping:

Our goal is to get you your card reader as quickly as possible! After placing your order, please allow 1-2 days for our team to process your order and get your card reader ready to ship. After processing, you will receive an order confirmation email and tracking number.

Estimated transit time is 3-5 business days. However, transit times can vary based on a few factors, including but not limited to:

  • Total distance between us and you
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • National holidays

Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.

To change or cancel an order, please contact GlossGenius support as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, you will not be charged and can make changes to the order. If the order has been processed and/or fulfilled, please refer to our Returns page.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the shipping carrier. GlossGenius cannot investigate lost packages.

Want to change or cancel your order?

Please complete the form linked here as soon as possible. Our Customer Success team will be in touch! Please note that while we cannot guarantee changes to orders after they have been placed, we will certainly do our best.

Want to return your card reader?

We’re confident that you’ll love your card reader, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer 10 day hassle-free returns. You only pay for return shipping. The refund amount will be added back to your original form of payment.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  1. The card reader must not be physically damaged and be in good working condition
  2. Please return your card reader in the original packaging (including cable and box)
  3. Within 10 days of receiving the card reader, please complete the form here to begin your return process.

Please note we will not accept returns without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) provided by our Customer Success team.
