We can’t get enough of this wow-worthy before and after from Brittany Franco, owner of HERb. Salon in New Jersey. Brittany is an extraordinary colorist known for her talent in creating technicolor tresses. This B&A caught our attention because of the dramatic transformation turning her client’s straight, single-color style into a multi-dimensional masterpiece. The result showcases a Skittles-inspired rainbow playing peek-a-boo with silvery-purple locks cascading on top.

The One We Can’t Stop Watching

File this under Oddly Satisfying. Leslie Ibarra, owner of L.I. Aesthetics, worked in medispas with top surgeons across Beverly Hills and West Hollywood prior to breaking out as an independent beauty professional; she’s since been slaying the skincare game at her own salon in Los Angeles. We could watch Leslie apply this CBD Jelly Mask all day long. For those brief moments indoors when you’re able to trade in your N95 for a more pleasant face covering, this is the ultimate vibe. Just watching this application makes us feel a little more refreshed.

The One That Transports Us To Another Place

We’re loving the mini-vacation moment we’re getting from Jennifer Petersen, the self-proclaimed HBIC at Astra Nail Studio, with these desert-inspired nails. The Delta variant might have canceled some of our summer travel plans, but we can still enjoy a getaway at our fingertips with dreamy designs like these. According to her website, Jennifer has been “holding hands” with some of the best clients in the Twin Cities area since 2002, where she specializes in natural nail services including gel polish with nail art. 

The One We Can All Relate Too

You know you’re a beauty pro when these thoughts are running through your head in between every session. Who else can relate? Sheila Adriano, a Licensed Esthetician in North Carolina, is known for sharing TikTok-style industry-specific content with the perfect balance of humor and know-how. Plus, her aesthetically pleasing black-and-white explainer posts are as clean as her client’s skin when she’s done with them.

The One for the Whole Family

It’s the perfectly parted zig-zags for us. These feed-in braids from Claudia-Ann Arthur, owner of Claudified Hair Studio, are Beyonce-level flawless. Claudia’s Instagram serves look after look of perfectly woven braids ranging from pain-free back-to-school styles to bold Butterfly faux locs. There’s no design too daunting for this boss who specializes in braided creations for men, women, and children in the New York area.

The One We Need Two Of

Tag your BFF. You’ll both be ready to get inked when you witness these adorable tiny tattoos from the Belgium-based artist who goes by the name Minus. This delicate heart-shaped duo that stopped us mid-scroll was made for besties, but Minus’ work is so good we wouldn’t mind going under the needle alone. From minimalist one-line work to intricately shaded tattoos, his pieces are highly coveted by ink addicts around the world and his work has been featured in Cosmopolitan, ELLE, and Glamour.
